Commercial General Liability

The general liability policy has been expanded to cover not only bodily injury or property damage to a third party on and off your premises, but provides pastor professional, counseling, sexual abuse and teacher liability. CPIP understands church exposures and has automatically included these liability coverages.

Directors and Officers Liability including Employment Practices Liability

For all participating churches, CPIP has included directors and officers liability, including employment practices liability. This coverage provides protection from allegations of wrongful act, including any negligent act, error, omission, breach of duty, misstatement or misleading statement, or other acts done or wrongfully attempted by the minister, employees, directors, and expanded to include sexual harassment of employees, wrongful termination and discrimination allegations.
