Broad Property Coverage
CPIP offers a broad property coverage form to protect your buildings and their contents. Our form provides coverage for stained glass, for organs and other musical instruments, and fine arts. It also fully repairs or replaces property with quality materials, returning your facilities to the same or better condition than before the loss.
In addition, CPIP’s property form includes a full provision for building ordinance coverage. If state or local building codes require a severely damaged building to be demolished, replacement of undamaged property, or provision for a sprinkler system or ADA mandated improvements, CPIP’s broad property coverage includes compliance with all provisions of the applicable law.
