Umbrella and Excess Liability Policies

In order to meet its members’ expectation that CPIP’s master policy  protects Presbyterians and their churches, coverage to significantly higher levels than the basic $1,000,000 liability limit is

provided for catastrophic liability claims.  A major automobile accident with multiple casualties might easily exceed the lower level.  Directors & Officers Liability and Employment Practices Liability coverage is also included at excess levels, along with protection in excess of other General Liability coverage.
