CPIP has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in the US Bankruptcy Court in Santa Rosa, CA.  All potential creditors known to CPIP have been listed in the filing and should be contacted by an officer of the Court.  CPIP can take no further action and all operations are now at the direction of the Court.

Effective June 1, 2009 CPIP Members renewed their insurance coverage with another facility.  CPIP's California office has been closed and the employees are in various different endeavors.
